03/31/15 Rail-related lane closures canceled tonight along Kamehameha highway in Aiea, Pearl City March 31, 2015 Rail-related lane closures canceled tonight along Kamehameha highway in Aiea, Pearl City HART has canceled all rail-related lane closures tonight along Kamehameha Highway in Aiea and Pearl City because of ongoing Zipperlane repairs on the H-1 Freeway. HART is working closely with the state Department of Transportation and city Department of Transportation Services to ensure roadways are kept as open as possible for westbound commuters.
