Collect GPS data on manholes, street monuments, valve boxes, fire hydrants, and other features as directed by the City before construction begins. Wilder Ave and Dole St, paving completed. Kinau St. - Highway Construction will be lowering manholes. Grace Pacific will start paving from Kinau St. from Victoria to Keeaumoku. (Estimated completion date, September 2011) Mapunapuna Industrial Subdivision Phase One of Tidal Flooding Remediation Program. Remove existing flap gates and install new check valves at outlet pipes in State channel fronting Kam Highway. Construct new DMH upstream of new check valves. Re-grade swale and adjust DI to provide positive drainage into existing drain system. Upgrade concrete wall at outlet pipes at State channel. Remove debris and sediment from existing storm drains and channel area. Dewater State channel and install temporary dewatering dams.
