(Estimated completion date, November 2011) Saint Louis Heights Sewer Rehabilitation: Installation of cured in place pipe (CIPP), manhole rehabilitation, and lateral rehabilitation throughout Saint Louis Heights. The contractor will also install new sewer lines via pipe bursting at 3 locations along Saint Louis Drive and one easement location between Saint Louis Drive and Frank Street. (Estimated completion date, October 2011) PUPUKEA Pupukea Road Rockfall Mitigation Phase I – Pupukea, Oahu: The work consists of clearing vegetation within the project limits, scaling boulders and unstable rocks or installing rock dowels (where appropriate), applying shotcrete (where required), installing rock fall protection fences, drapery system and landscaping. One traffic lane will be closed during work hours at Pupukea Road with police performing traffic control duties.
