FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE                                                                   October 26, 2011     HOLIDAY CAMPING PERMIT APPLICATION DATE RESCHEDULED   (Wed., Oct. 26, 2011)— Due to heightened security at the Fasi Municipal Building and surrounding Civic Center grounds from November 7 through November 14, 2011, no camping permits will be issued on Thursday, November 10, 2011 and Monday, November 14, 2011, at any Satellite City Hall Office or at the Fasi Municipal  Building.               Camping permits will be issued starting on Tuesday, November 15th, 2011 at the Kapolei and Wahiawa Satellite City Hall Offices, and at the Fasi Municipal Building located at 650 South King St, Ground Floor. Regular office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., and closed on weekends and holidays.  City offices will be closed on Friday, November 11, 2011 in observance of the Veteran's Day Holiday.               For further information on camping, please visit the city's website at http://www1.honolulu.gov/parks/camping.htm.           -30-
