FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE                                                                                        May 30, 2012   MANOA DISTRICT PARK POOL CLOSURE   (Wed., May 30, 2012)—The Manoa District Park Pool has been closed since Friday, May 26, due to pumping equipment malfunction.  Parks staff anticipate the closure will extend throughout this week and possibly the weekend.               The staff appreciates the public's cooperation and patience while repairs are completed.  Alternate pool sites within close proximity include Makiki district park pool and Palolo swimming pool.               For more information, contact Beau Beair, Manoa Pool Manager, 988-6868.       -30-
