UPDATED REFUSE COLLECTION FOR LEEWARD OAHU (Mon., Oct. 24, 2011) – The City's Department of Environmental Services (ENV) was unable to fully service both green waste (green) and mixed recyclable (blue) carts this past week in parts of Leeward Oahu due to mechanical problems with various sideloader trucks in the Pearl City Yard. Gray carts were fully serviced through the end of the weekend.
