FASI MUNICIPAL BUILDING PEOPLE'S OPEN MARKET CLOSED NOVEMBER 7 AND 14   (Wed., Oct. 26, 2011)—The City and County of Honolulu Department of Parks and Recreation announced today that the People's Open Market at the Fasi Municipal Building (FMB) parking deck, located at Alapai and Beretania Streets, will be closed on November 7 and 14 due to heightened security at City Hall and surrounding civic center grounds.               Operation will resume the following Monday, November 21, from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the FMB market.               For more information, contact Ned Yonemori at 497-1346.         -30-
