LANDFILL CLOSED TO ALL LOADS   (Thur., Jan. 13, 2011) – The City's Department of Environmental Services (ENV) today extended the closure of the Waimanalo Gulch Sanitary Landfill to the public and all vehicles because of the massive rain in the area making roads hazardous and inaccessible.
