LANDFILL CLOSED WEDNESDAY TO PUBLIC, ALL COMMERCIAL LOADS   (Tue., Jan. 11, 2011) – The City's Department of Environmental Services (ENV) is closing access to the Waimanalo Gulch Sanitary Landfill to the public and all commercial vehicles Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011.
