| WAIALAE AVENUE TRAFFIC STUDY (Tues., Sept. 20, 2011) — The Department of Transportation Services is conducting a traffic study along Waialae Avenue in Kaimuki. The study will continue through September 22. As part of the study, one travel lane on Waialae Avenue will be closed for 24 hours, between Old Waialae Road and 11th Avenue. There will be no afternoon contra-flow lanes on these days. Also, parking on the mauka side of Waialae Avenue between 11th Avenue and 8th Avenue will be prohibited.
