TRAFFIC ADVISORY – ROAD CLOSURE ON PAKI AVENUE   (Wed., March 23, 2011)−City crews from the Department of Parks and Recreation's Urban Forestry Division will be removing a kiawe tree from Queen Kapiolani Park this morning, in the area across Paki Hale on Paki Avenue.               Paki Avenue is closed in both directions and will reopen at about 6 p.m. this afternoon.  Traffic is being rerouted to Leahi Avenue between Monsarrat Avenue and Noela Street.                The removal of the tree was determined after one of its branches fell earlier this morning.  No injuries or damages have been reported as the result of the fallen branch.                -30-    Contact:  Stan Oka, 971-7151
