PORTABLE TOILETS TO REMAIN AVAILABLE AT KAHE POINT BEACH PARK   (Thurs., Oct. 7, 2010)—Portable toilets will remain available at Kahe Point Beach Park until a required wastewater system is designed and installed.               Construction is expected to begin in the fall of 2011 and be completed in the spring of 2012.   -30-
