TRAFFIC ADVISORY: STORM DRAIN CLEANING AT KALIA AND SARATOGA ROAD CONTINUES   (Mon., August 13, 2012) − Department of Facility Maintenance Road Maintenance crews will continue to clean the storm drain box on the makai side of Kalia Road between Saratoga Road and Lewers Street on August 15 and 16. In addition to clearing the drain box, the concrete drain will be inspected for deficiencies.   The cleaning work will require lane closures between 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The makai, diamond head-bound traffic lane will be closed between Saratoga Road and Lewers Street. HPD special duty officers will provide traffic control to direct traffic around the work site.
