FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE KUALOA REGIONAL PARK HOSTS A SPECIAL DAY AT THE BEACH (Wed., August 29, 2012)—The public is invited to join the Department of Parks and Recreation and guests at the Kualoa Regional Park for "A Special Event for a Day At the Beach," from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, September 8, 2012. The event will be held at Camp Site A, Kualoa Regional Park, located at 49-479 Kamehameha Highway. Activities available for the entire family include canoeing, swimming, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and carnival games. The event is sponsored by AccessSurf Hawaii, a Paralympic Sport Club, and the Department of Parks and Recreation's Therapeutic Recreation Unit.
