MAYOR CARLISLE TRAVELS TO WASHINGTON, D.C. FOR RAIL MEETINGS   (Tues., Sept. 6, 2011)—Mayor Peter Carlisle will travel to Washington, D.C. today to meet with the Federal Transit Administration and Hawaii's Congressional Delegation regarding the Honolulu High-Capacity Transit Corridor Project.   City Managing Director Doug Chin will serve as Acting Mayor until Carlisle's return on Friday, September 9.    -30-   Media contact: Louise Kim McCoy, Mayor's Office, 768-7798.
