CLOSURE OF PUBLIC PARKING LOT ENTRANCE AND EXIT ON ALAPAI STREET   (Mon., June 20, 2011) The Civic Center public parking garage entrance/exit on Alapai Street between South King Street and Beretania Street will be temporarily closed on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. due to construction of a new 20" water line connection project.               Motorists are advised to use the Beretania Street entrance and exit for the parking garage.   Contact:  Irvin Higashi, Project Manager, Public Transit Division at 768-8375
