CARLISLE NAMES THREE NEW CABINET MEMBERS (Wed., Feb. 16, 2011)—Mayor Peter Carlisle today announced that three new members have joined his Cabinet: Deputy Managing Director Chrystn Eads, Emergency Services Deputy Director Mark Rigg, and Planning and Permitting Deputy Director Jiro Sumada. "These highly qualified and experienced individuals bring a wealth of expertise to our team, and I look forward to working closely with them," Carlisle said. Eads joined the City in 2006 as an executive assistant and previously worked in Washington, D.C. as a legislative assistant for U.S. Senator Daniel K. Inouye. Rigg has worked for the City Emergency Medical Services Division for 28 years, starting as a paramedic and most recently as Emergency Medical Services Field Operations Supervisor.
