(Fri., Feb. 11, 2011)---Mayor Peter Carlisle announced today that the City and County of Honolulu will hold a ceremonial groundbreaking and blessing for the Honolulu High-Capacity Transit Corridor Project on Tuesday, February 22, 2011. "This is a time to celebrate," said Mayor Carlisle. "Many people have waited so long and worked hard to finally get to this point.
